very nicely done. I see this statue every time I drive in to temple.
“This is Karl Hyde’s first solo painting exhibition anywhere in the world. Karl Hyde is known a member of Underworld and also a member of London-based art and design collective, Tomato. It features about 90 paintings and idea notebooks, as well as videos that reveal his painting process. A live painting performance by Karl Hyde himself will also take place.”

Extremely happy to hit a new PR this morning. (two actually, my previous 1RM was 440 lb) Both felt very good. I wanted 500 this morning, but it wasn’t going to happen. Not bummed at all, this is good progress for me, I think I was just done by that point.
Here is a video of my 450 lb lift:Wanted a video of the 475 lb as well, but my friend had issues with the camera (Mark, I may give you a hard time about that for a while. Hahaha)
The new PR is a great way to start the week. I will have that 500 lb dead soon - I will.

I know nothing of the practice or order of this facility, but the building really caught my eye. Wonderful to see a ‘non-traditional’ building used this way.
Walked to my destimation / jogged back
Abs:
Hang-hold:
20 sec x 3 (weak!)
(Got this gem from Darren (Coach) [who got it from http://danjohn.net/] Hang from a chinup bar, bring your knees up to your chest, and hold as long as you can. As soon as the top of your thighs drop below parallel with the floor, you’re done.)
This is a good one. Abs/core needs work and this is going to help. Thanks again Coach.

The mind is very hard to see
and find, it falls on what it wants.
One who’s wise should guard the mind,
a guarded mind brings happiness.
