    Warm up sets

    405 x 3

    455 x 2

    Assistance work:

    Good mornings:

    155 x 8 x 4

    Ab crunch (ball):

    BW x 15 x 4

    Barbell curl:

    95 x 8 x 3

    Overall, not bad; I wanted more than 2 reps but not going to beat myself up over it. Should have had at least 3, but I think it was more mental than anything.
