    Should stretching, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

    Warm up sets

    Working sets:

    340 x 3

    385 x 3

    435 x 3

    Assistance work:

    Deficit deadlifts (4 inch platform):

    315 x 8 x 3

    Ball crunches:

    BW x 25 x 3

    Foam roller

    I can tell already, this week will be much better than last week. Went up to 315 on the deficits and felt good. Those really work you - and it’s great.
